Because there is always a risk that goods in transit may be damaged, lost or delayed, you can choose to transport with Insurance.

When your goods have any errors due to shipping, we will immediately send you another product or refund you without asking for any whatever. Besides opting for transportation insurance, making sure the goods are packed safely and securely also mitigates any loss.

Expedited shipping is regarded as a shipping with insurance.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 10 days (Monday to Friday). Order handling time is 2 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).

C. Delivery Terms

We use the Port Express to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected] or call us at +1 (919) 666-2111.

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

F. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Note: For some countries that are members of the European Union, we send the item to those countries that will be subject to import tax, the price list will vary by country. The customer will have to pay this additional tax and the value of the order does not include this import tax fee.
