From Ryan Gosling’s eclectic collection of custom Gucci suits to Colman Domingo’s bold and colorful ensembles, the message is clear: real men wear pink, or any other color that speaks to their personal style.

According to Gosling’s stylist Mark Avery, this shift represents a newfound sense of freedom for men to express themselves authentically through fashion.

One standout figure is “May December” star Charles Melton, whose fashion choices have garnered widespread praise. Whether donning a white Giorgio Armani tux at Cannes or a double-breasted blue ensemble at the Golden Globes, Melton exudes old Hollywood glamour while embracing modern flair.

Accessories have also played a significant role in elevating men’s red carpet looks. Barry Keoghan added a touch of elegance to his red Louis Vuitton outfit with a brooch from Tiffany & Co., while Melton opted for an Omega timepiece and Neil Lane cufflinks to complement his attire.

Even classic black attire received a refreshing twist this season. Jeremy Allen White made waves with a black sheer top layered under his Calvin Klein suit at the Globes, adding a hint of sensuality to his ensemble.

At the BAFTA Film Awards, Paul Mescal showcased a Gucci black suit adorned with white intarsia knitting on the lapel. His accessorizing with Cartier jewelry, including an earring, lapel gem, and cufflinks, further underscored his impeccable sense of style.

Overall, this awards season has seen men rewriting the rules of red carpet fashion, embracing color, creativity, and individuality like never before.
